Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods like the holiday season, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also check your order anytime from your account.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by location and carrier, and your tracking link will show the most up-to-date estimate. If your package seems delayed or tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its destination.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help make it right.
