30-night trial

We want Undertone to earn its spot under your pillow. You have 30 nights from the day your order is delivered to decide if it's right for you.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Eligibility

Returns must include the speaker and its charging cable, in good, working condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your Undertone arrives damaged or stops working within the trial period, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Bundles and discounts

If you return part of a bundle, your refund reflects the discounted price you paid for that item.
